🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage Claims

To process claims for damaged or missing items, customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package and contents from multiple angles (360°) under good lighting.

Without this video proof, claims for missing or damaged items will not be accepted.

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

Minor visual variations in color, packaging, or shape are not considered defects.

If the same item is unavailable for exchange, we will issue a refund instead.
